Limba diavolilor

Have you heard about Charoset? Do you know how great it is for health?

It is believed that at the Last Supper, the apostles would eat Charoset, a dessert consisting of a combination of chopped apples and crushed nuts, to which were added crushed raisins, dates, cinnamon and honey. It seems that this dessert, if consumed regularly, can relieve heart pain, rid ourselves of kidney and biliary calculi, help the thyroid gland, help remove skin patches, cure acne, psoriasis, herpes and insomnia, and even fighting cancer and against candida infections. Even if the historic of this dessert is very much debated, each of the ingredients have special properties for health, so it would not hurt to include it in your menu and eat it at least once a week. Besides grain, it can be a great option for breakfast.

Method of preparation:

Whip well the cinnamon with honey, gradually add the apple cubes (it will leave a little juice; the apple can be given even on the chopper), then add the crunchy dates, the raisins (washed and soaked a little) and crumbled nuts. All mix well, leave for 5 minutes, then serve.
